Obituary of Steven M. Sacks

Steven M. Sacks, age 57 of Round Lake passed away on Saturday July 19, 2014. Born on September 21, 1956 in Liberty, NY, he was the son of Dixie Lee Sacks and the late Stanley M. Sacks.
Steve served in the US Air Force and was a sales representative for PCS Pump and Process. He loved photography and walking the trails with his dog.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Darlene, son Justin Ummel, sister Diana (Tony) Garland, nephew TJ Garland, and beloved pets Indy and Niki, and many friends.
There will be a memorial gathering on Tuesday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the family’s home at 8 Washington Ave. in Round Lake.
The family requests no flowers be sent. Donations may be made in Steve’s memory to the Malta/Stillwater Ambulance Corp., 2880 Rte 9, Round Lake, NY 12151, the Round Lake Fire Department, Round Lake Fire Department, 13 Curry Road, Round Lake, NY 12151, or the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, 6010 County Farm Rd, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.
