Deborah Ann "Deb" (Gregory) Gaetano, born November 19, 1953, in Colonie, New York, passed away surrounded by her family on March 6, 2026, at the age of 72.

Deb was the beloved wife and travel partner of 50 years to the love of her life, Stephen. Together they built a beautiful life filled with laughter, adventure, and countless memories. Whether near or far, Deb found joy in exploring the world by Stephen's side and treasured every moment they shared.

She was a devoted and loving mother to her sons, Matthew and Stephen, and to her daughter Cheri and her husband Paul. Her greatest pride and happiness came from her grandchildren—Jakob, Alexander, Isabella, and Elizabeth—who filled her heart with immeasurable joy. Being their grandmother was one of the roles she cherished most deeply.

Deb is survived by her brother Brian; her sister Sandra; her cherished "sisters," Theresa, Lynn, and Annie; her "brother" Joe Joe; her mother-in-law Anna: and her dear friend Carol, along with many other family members and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by her mother Joan, stepfather Bill, father Robert, brothers Robert and David, sister Kathy, and father-in-law Mario. Though they passed before her, their love and memories remained close to Deb's heart throughout her life.

Deb will be remembered for her warmth, her deep love for her family, and the way she made every moment together feel special. She leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A period of visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Catricala Funeral Home, with a Celebration of life at Noon.

In lieu of flowers, Deb's family asks that you honor her memory by taking a trip with your loved ones and cherishing the time you share together—just as she always did.
