JoAnn E. Buck, age 75 of Halfmoon passed away peacefully on Monday January 20, 2025
Born in 1949, she was the daughter of the late Zigmunt and Jane Bednarski. She was predeceased by her husband Lee Buck and her brother Gregory Bednarski.
JoAnn spent her career with the NYS Tax & Finance, retiring after 32 years.
She is survived by her son Steffen (Lindsay) Buck, sister Patricia (David) Flint and
Valerie (Mark) Soderstrom, her niece Jennifer (Rocky) Morris and her nephew Carl Soderstrom, Jr.
A grave side service will be held on May 8, 2025, at 11am in the Gerold B. H. Solomon
National Cemetery.
Donations may be made in JoAnn's name to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Ave, Schenectady NY 12302.
