Obituary of Jennifer R. Hoose

Jennifer R. Hoose, age 48 of Clifton Park passed away at home on Friday, January 8, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 12, 1967, she was the daughter of Guy and Teddy Hoose.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin sons Ben and Brady Hoose, sister Kristy (Scott) Healy, brother Eric (Claire) Hoose, nieces and nephews Kaitlyn, Madison, Read, and Joanna, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by her beloved dog Phoebe.
Jennifer worked as a systems analyst for MetLife in North Greenbush.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 10 am. at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 912 Route 146 in Clifton Park.
