Wally visited my fifth grade class and I still have the booklet I recieved that I was given, written by him. I've never forgotten him going on seven years now, and I'm forever grateful for all that he taught me. I wish to send my condolences even now and thank you for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful man.

It was my distinct privilege to grow up knowing Wally, Jenny and all the Wojtowicz family. I learned so much about compassion, resilience and unconditional love by witnessing on a regular basis the tender, yet strong and diligent care Aunt Gay, Uncle Wally and Jenny gave Wally. When I learned many years later about the break through with facilitated communication and Wally's absolute brilliance, I was not only delighted for them all, but also inspired to be a better person myself. If Wally could endure all the physical and psychological challenges he faced daily year after year, and still be such an impeccable example of true grit and at the same time a man with incredible divine faith, I, too, could --and still can-- overcome my challenges and be a humble servant of God.
I know he is out in the universe with the Great Ones and lots and lots of sunflowers.
Thank you Wally, for touching us all with your amazing Light. I am truly blessed to have known you.

Gay & Wally and all extended family and friends,
We were deeply saddened at the word of Wally's passing; and, offer our most sincere sympathy and prayers to you all.
Wally Jr. was a remarkable man, who touched so many lives in such a profound way. We feel, both fortunate and privileged to have known him.
Wally was, as are Gay & Wally Sr., like family to us.
The love and caregiving shown by Gayalyn & Wally Sr. was truly inspirational. How wonderful it was that Wally was able to live his entire life at home with his loving family.
We feel our lives were very much enriched by our friendship with the extraordinary man, Wallace J. "Wally" Wojtowicz. We will miss him dearly.
Love,

Dear Gay and Wally, Sr,
I am so very sorry to hear of Wally Jr's passing. What a remarkable man he was and, in you both, he had the love and support he needed to become a teacher and friend to the world. It has been many, many years since I've seen you. Nonetheless I send my love and strength to you and your family. If you should find yourselves in Maine again, please let me know--I would love to give you both big hugs.

i'm so sorry to hear of your beloved brother, son, and family member's passing. I never was lucky enough to have met him but as a friend of Jen and Marcus heard much about Wally. It sounds like his life touched many and his unique skills and talents will live on in work he left behind. Be comforted in the fact that he knew you loved him and you made his life blessed as he did yours.

Dear Mom and Dad,
Thank you so much for taking such good care of Wally his whole life. Having him for my brother is one of the very best gifts ever, and I am so glad that my children got to have Wally for an uncle. I wish he could have stayed with us, but he wouldn't have been here nearly so long except for your tireless care and devotion. Thank you for all of the extra days, hours and minutes we got to share with each other.
With love,
your daughter,
Jenny
