To the Skelly family,
I will always smile when thinking of Frank (Mr. Skelly). His wit and charm was as strong as his desire to bet.
I'm very grateful for his and Jean's friendship to my mom, Janice, over the years.
I wish you all peace and comfort as you reflect (with lots of laughs) on his life.

To all the Skelly Family,
I just received an e-mail from my friend and neighbor when I lived in Clifton Park,
So sorry to hear of Frank's passing.I talked to him in June and we got caught up on all the family news. I had just had my right hip replaced so Frank had a few jokes about that!!
Who could forget all the fun times we had over the years. I was like a member of the family.
Please give Jean a special hug from me as I cannot be there in person.
