Christopher,
Your mom and dad were family to me during your dad's tenure at Jesuit. Tom and I stayed close through my college years and well into my professional life. He was a second father to me and a great friend to my parents. His influences on me are many, evidenced by my choice of major in college, the deck at my mom's house, how I love and treat my wife, how I parent and how I always strive to do do the right thing. He was a rock when my father passed away and I never found enough ways to thank him. He adored your mom and was never shy on admitting who really ran your family.
Hearing of his passing last week was difficult for me and a lot of my classmates. I couldn't find the words to write last and shed many tears reading what others shared.
Hearing of your mom's passing - I again have no no words. I'm sure they are happy to be back together but are gutted they left you with so much life to live. I find comfort knowing that heaven received two more angels to look over everyone they impacted.
I'm looking forward to honoring your parents everyday, but specifically when I'm home for Thanksgiving by tipping a few back on the deck we built.
Your family will forever be in my prayers.
God Bless you Christopher.

To my dear sista-in law, Jo Jo....I will miss you terribly. We always had a connection you and me. I will miss our trips to the Cazenovia vegetable stands and to the little diner on the corner for breakfast.
We have been so close for years, and over the years, I have grown to love you as a sister. You always called me your real SISTER and you will always be in my thoughts. I pray you are resting in peace with my brother Tom. To me, you were the BEST NURSE I ever met.... I love you always, rest in peace my dear friend. Love, Chris

RIP my dear sweet sister in law. I will always remember your kindness and patience toward people. You certainly choose the correct vocation as a nurse and you cared for your patients as you would have cared for any family member. I do not know if many people knew how truly talented you were. Not only were you an amazing cook but your ability to sew just about anything and paint were outstanding. I will miss you JoAnn and can only hope that you are now at peace and in the tender and loving arms of your beloved husband.
