Obituary of Ralph E. Klemish, Sr.

Ralph E. Klemish, Sr., age 72, of Amsterdam, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017. He was the son of the late Lorin and Bernice Klemish. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph DeWalt and sister Donna Inman.
Ralph served in the US Army as a medic. He spent most of his career as a truck driver working for BTA Trucking. He previously worked for Wallace Armer Hardware, Golub Corp and Ryder. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Elizabeth Klemish, sons Ralph (Jeri) Klemish, Adam Klemish, and George (Courtney) Klemish, siblings Nancy Gallimore, Susan (Richard) Wilson, David (Melissa) Wilke, James DeWalt, and Mark DeWalt, ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a reception on Friday, March 10th, from 5-7pm at the Amsterdam Diner, 4790 Hwy 30, Amsterdam, NY, 12010.
