.Arthur P. Hiltbrunner, age 83 of Clifton Park passed away peacefully at home on Monday July 10, 2017. He was the son of the late Arthur and Marjorie Hiltbrunner.

 After graduating from Summit High School in Summit, NJ, Arthur attended Peddy Prep in Heightstown, NJ and went on top Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

He served in the US Army before starting a 35-year career as an electrical sales engineer with Honeywell, working in several East Coast cities. He enjoyed fishing and boating, and loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 He is survived by his wife, Sharon Hiltbrunner, sons Anthony Tognaci, Peter Hiltbrunner, and daughter Penny Tognaci. He is also survived by his grandchildren Roxanne, Michael, John, Brian, and Christian, and great-grandchildren Johnathan, Emily, Kayla, Natalie, Mikey, and Leah.

 Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m., with a service at 11 a.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, Clifton Park. Burial with military honors will be in the Saratoga National Cemetery on Wednesday July, 19 at 10:30 a.m.

 “For every why he had a wherefore.”

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Captain Youth Services, 5 Municipal Plaza # 3, Clifton Park, NY 12065.
