Hunter Thomas Cronin of Morris Rd, Round Lake died suddenly as a result of a car accident on May 22 on his way to school. Hunter was the son of Kevin Cronin of Round Lake and Noel Putman Cronin of South Carolina. Hunter was born on April 12, 1996.
He was a senior at Shenendehowa High School and a HVAC/R student at the Capital Region Career and Technical School. He recently took first place in Hydronic Heating at the SkillsUSA NYS recently held in Syracuse.
Hunter had a love of the outdoors and all things "mechanic". Hunter and his father shared a very special relationship and shared many hours hunting and fishing at their hunting camp. He was a very lovable guy and always had a smile on his face.
Hunter was employed by J Cabrel Plumbing and Heating Contractors and Benson's Pet Center and was a member of Meigsville Hunting Club.
In addition to his parents Hunter is survived by his grandparents, Charles and Mickey Cronin of Altamont and George and Carol Putman of Saratoga Springs. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncle and cousins and his girlfriend Shannon.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Church in Round Lake, 2001 Ushers Rd., Round Lake, NY 12151.
