Obituary of Robert J. Miller

Robert J. Miller, Esq, age 87 of Clifton Park passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. He was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret Miller.

Robert spent his career as an attorney for New York State. When the funeral director asked about a church family, his daughter said “None”. Any clergy? She said “No”. Was he Christian? Catholic? Finally, he asked “How would your dad describe himself?” She replied: “He would say ‘deceased’.”

He enjoyed romance novels, long walks in the rain, and baseball; particularly double-headers.

We, his family, are his legacy and we carry that honor with more love than written words can convey.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years; Maeve Miller, sons Christopher (Anne) Miller, and Brian Miller, and his daughter Fiona (Steve) Gray, and five grandchildren.

According to Robert’s wishes, all services will be private.
