Obituary of Rose Marie Beaudet

Rose Marie Beaudet, age 96 of Ballston Lake passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018. Born on December 2, 1921 in Quebec, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Eugenie Grimard. She was predeceased by her husband Adrien Beaudet, daughter Marlene Leddick and grandsons Ryan Beaudet and Steven Snide.

Rose was a teacher in Canada. She enjoyed knitting, and sewing, and she knitted hats for the newborn babies and lap blankets for the mothers at Albany Med. She was involved with the Malta Community Center and the Clifton Park Senior Center.

She is survived by daughters Grace (William) Snide, Helen (Paul) Vitulli, and sons Claude (Judy) Beaudet and Dean (Ora) Beaudet. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m., with a service at 7 p.m., at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, Clifton Park. Burial will be in the Saratoga National Cemetery.
