Dear David and family, I was very honored to know and work with Joan for many years at OGS. Joan was a very smart, very diligent,very dependable and capable person. I could always rely on her work and her work ethic. Her passing is a great loss to all those who knew and loved her. I am sincerely sorry to hear of her passing and send my deepest condolences to her husband, children and grandchildren. I know she loved them all very much and will always be missed.
