Bruce Kamins posted a condolence

Dear Leslye, Erica and Tristan, we were so sorry to have read about David's death.
David and I worked together at Citibank and shared many good times together, having traveled together to some far-flung parts of the world. Our families connected in England and we still fondly remember trips together with our kids to LegoLand.
David was a really nice man with an easy smile. His family was always the central focus of his life. And I know he took great pride in all your accomplishments. He really loved the North Country. I remember hearing him tell of all those long drives from Long Island to go "upstate" over the weekends where he relished being with his family. When you all moved upstate he was where he wanted to be. Although we hadn't been in touch in the last couple of years, I often thought of him and will miss him.
Our deepest sympathy and condolences.
Bruce and June Kamins
