Philip J. Folmsbee, age 85 passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Anne V. Folmsbee, daughter Sheri Lynne Folmsbee, and son Thomas (Joan) Folsmbee. A military service will be held on Friday, July 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the Saratoga National Cemetery.
