Obituary of Bryan E. Geloso
Bryan E. Geloso, age 70, of Clifton Park, NY passed away peacefully on November 23, 2021. Born January 23, 1951, in Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of the late Joseph Geloso and the late Doreen Daniels. A US Marine Corps. Vietnam veteran, he worked for the NYS Department of Labor for many years in the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program, assisting disabled veterans like himself find employment. He took great pride in his job up until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Cathy and their two daughters, Michelle (Lloyd) and Valerie, both of Clifton Park; and his loving dog, Annabelle. He is also survived by his grandson, Corey “Sweet Cheeks” Hamm of Clifton Park. Additionally, he is survived by his three sisters, Leisa (Mike) Stover of Camden, NY, Gretchen (Darren) Lesson of Stillwater, NY, and Erica Uhl of Mechanicville, NY; his mother-in-law, Marge (Gene) Ruxton of The Villages, FL; his sister-in-law Debra (Larry) Jacoby of Orlando, FL; his brother-in-law Scot (Debbie) Ruxton of Poughkeepsie, NY. He was “Uncle B” to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his faithful canine companions, Lexus, EV, and Jake.
A memorial service with military honors will be held on Friday, December 10th at 10:30 a.m. at the Saratoga National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Marine Toys for Tots Program at www.toysfortots.org
