Joann Brady, age 75 of Halfmoon passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on January 22, 2023. Born on February 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Monica Gervais. She was predeceased by her daughter Joann M. Brady.

Joann worked as a bus driver for Shenendehowa for 15 years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, and she enjoyed tending to her garden and feeding the birds. She was a devout Catholic and was a longtime member of Corpus Christi Church.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Leo Brady Sr., children Tina (Robert) Martin, Leo Brady Jr., Shawn Brady, Veronica (Tom) Johnson, Eva (Wayne) Tufts, and Frank Brady, brother Larry Gervais, 20 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc., 1597 Route 9, Clifton Park, with a funeral mass on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church in Round Lake. Burial will be in the Saratoga National Cemetery.
