Rita L. D’Ambrosio, age 96 of Mechanicville passed away on July 8, 2023.

Born on September 29, 1926 in Mechanicville, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Margaret Festa. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 72 years; Frank N. D’Ambrosio.

Rita dedicated her life to her family, especially her son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchidren. She was a devout Catholic and prayed the rosary daily.

She is survived by her son Frank D’Ambrosio and his wife Cher, whom she considered her daughter; her grandson Scott (Kyleen) and their children Cameron and Blake, Jeff (Roz) and their children Joseph, Emmalyn, and Lucas, grandson Christopher (Katie) and their children Sydney, Cameron, and Alex, granddaughter Kelly Faye and her dog Pop. She was also survived by the Katsios family and many other close family and friends.

Funeral services are private.
