Obituary of Rose Marie Conde

Rose Marie Conde, age 85 of Halfmoon passed away peacefully on August 14, 2023. Born on February 19, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Sadie DiCerbo. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony J. Conde and her daughter Nadine Kilcullen.

She is survived by her son Dominick Conde and daughter-in-law Theresa Ward, her son-in-law Mark Kilcullen and her grandchildren Alana and Emily Kilcullen, and Grace and Mathew Conde.

For more than 40 years, Rose owned and operated a hair salon, House of Charms in Schenectady, with her partner Franco Panetta.

Rose was loved by all of those who had the good fortune of entering her life.  She was especially connected to her family, including her large extended family, those who worked with her for many years, and a wide and loving group of friends. She always could be counted on when any of them were in need.  She will be missed by all.
