Barbara H. Hamilton of Clifton Park

Barbara H. Hamilton, age 77 of Clifton Park. passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 12, 2023, At Albany Medical Center Hospital. After a short illness. Born in Rome NY, and was the daughter of the late Carl and Margret Kundel.

Barbara was a Teachers Aid at Shenendehowa middle school retiring after 20 years to spend more time with her grandchildren.

She was a volunteer at the Clifton Park Halfmoon Library and was a Voracious reader. She enjoyed volunteering at a local Nursing home.

She was involved with the Shenendehowa Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and involved with the Interact program.

Loved to vacation on Cape Cod and in Key West.

Barbara is survived by her Husband Eric J. Hamilton and Two Children,

Jeffrey S. (Kimberly) Hamilton and Jill R. (Nate) Koziol

Five Grandchildren Tyler, Meghan, Travis, Garrett and Jackson.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday September 16th at Noon at the Catricala Funeral Home. 

All are invited at 11am to visit with her family.
