William T. Jovell of Ballston Lake
William T. Jovell, age 76 of Ballston Lake passed away peacefully on September 19, 2023 at his home, born in Springfield Massachusetts, he was the son of the late John and Martha Jovell.
William was the Director of the Office of Administrative Analysts, at N.Y.S. Department of Education in Albany, retiring in 2002. After retirement he enjoyed yachting on the Mohawk River, cars and Motorcycles.
He is survived by His Wife Irene "Sam" Jovell and a son Kevin C. Jovell
