Gay L. Cropsey, Age 83, Passed away on December 29, 2023 at the Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, where she received loving care. Born in Greenwich, CT. the daughter of the late Guy and Sally LaBaw.

Gay worked in the family's Business, Snyder's Restaurant in Halfmoon for 25 years as a bookkeeper as well as a Homemaker.

She was an owner and fan of thoroughbred horse racing and enjoyed summers at her table at Saratoga Race Course. Enjoyed Bowling at Clifton Park Bowl, Woman's Bowling League, Avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Yankees, and loved her time traveling on cruise ships with family.

Gay is survived by her husband Harold G. Cropsey, a son Harold G. (Linda) Cropsey, Jr. a daughter Kiva A. Cropsey; a sister Pat (Donald) Insley, 3 grandchildren Stephanie, Matthew and Tyler, 2 great grandchildren Brandon and Dean.

There will be calling hours on, Thursday January 4th, 2024 from 4 pm to 6 pm, at the Catricala Funeral Home 1597 Route 9, in Clifton Park. NY

Burial will be private.
