From the Ticknor Family know Bill in town and in school the three of us were in Kisco and then Fox Lane schools with Bill. Fond memories of him in those years.

So very sorry for your loss. Billy was my cousin but due to the age difference almost felt like an uncle. My father his uncle always thought the world of him and was so proud of his service during the Vietnam war. My sincere condolences.
