Carl and Jeanne and family. So sorry to hear of John's passing. My dad (George Knaul) was lucky to have such a spirited and young at heart roommate in the last years of his life. I enjoyed all of my conversations with John during my visits at Our Lady of Mercy. They will both be fondly remembered! John liked his coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creams! He will be missed. I took this photo on March 7, a few days prior to the lockdown. I like to think they are sharing a cup of coffee in heaven!

Tracy, thank you so much for your kind words. This picture of the “Three Musketeers” is so nice. We were so sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. George was a great roommate and I know that my dad missed him. I have no doubt that they are up to their usual antics and enjoying numerous cups of coffee together.
