I'm sorry I am almost three years late, but I just discovered Jill had passed & wanted to extend my sympathies. I also spent 13 years at Lewiston-Porter & graduated in 1970. My most vivid memories of Jill date from third grade. Jill was pretty & popular & always looked perfect (and that never changed). I remember singing "Let's Get Together" from the new movie The Parent Trap and being fascinated by her backwards ampersand, which of course I copied! She & her family went on wonderful trips. I remember her talking about an especially memorable trip to the Carribean and a mal-functioning door which trapped her sister inside their hotel room. Jill & I had different interests & moved to different parts of the country and lost contact after high school, but I still have warm memories of her. I am sorry she is gone - & gone too soon. It sounds like she had a wonderful life. My sympathies to her husband Alan; daughters Allison & Melissa & their families; and her sister Elizabeth. Linda Moore

To the Eggleston Family, I’d like to extend my sincerest condolences after learning of Jill’s passing in December. She was such a lovely lady and I was always so pleased to see her when she came into my office. I’d fit her glasses many times and she was always the gal who loved pink glasses. Every time I see pink, I think of her. I will miss her a great deal. She was a very special person. I pray for your family, but believe that she will always remain in your loving hearts. I am a long time friend of Jill’s. We went to Lewiston-Porter and graduated together. It was wonderful to see Jill at our last reunion and was looking forward to seeing her again. We had a really nice talk sharing memories from our school days.Jill was such a wonderful person. A beautiful smile and so sweet. My prayers to her family and May God bring you peace with the happy memories you share.

I am so sad to hear about Jill. We had plans to do things after the pandemic calmed down. I really just met Jill recently even though we grew up together and our paths had crossed so many times. Our parents knew each other but somehow we did not meet until the high school reunion in Lewiston. It seems like Jill had so many plans about working on health and happiness, and she was always looking at new ways and new ideas, and she was so open to trying new things.
