My condolences to Wally’s family. I first met Wally in 1992 at The Hartford when I was a youngster just starting out in the insurance industry. I remember Wally telling me about his work with ships and the fire department in the past. I have only good memories of Wally as a great friend and mentor – He was always there to lend a helping hand – Not only with work, but information about Clifton Park – I had just moved to the area in May, 1992. Wally retired soon after I started my career and was greatly missed. Fortunately, I would see him around town at the local supermarket.
Rest in peace Wally – Your memory will live on in my heart
