Casey, E.J. and family. It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Words never seem enough at a time like this. Please know that you are in the hearts of many, many people during this difficult time. May the great memories you have, and the strength of friends and family see you through this sad time.
I used to joke with your Mom that she gave me my grey hair. She said the feeling was mutual. We both knew we couldn't do our jobs fully without each other.
