For 15 years she lived in the apartment downstairs from me at Shen V. Even though I have moved, every time I drop something, which is often, I say, “Sorry, Ann!” She once told me “Just walk around if you drop something heavy so that I know you’re okay”. That was the way she was, a caring loving friend! We got to know each other's families in those fifteen years. We had spiritual conversations, played games – dominoes, etc., and went to water aerobics at the Y. Although I moved to another State and could not see her for five years, I kept in touch by phone, and her death really “hit” me because she was such a close friend of mine! Thank you, Dianne, for keeping me up to date. Elsie McGlone

I was closest to Aunt Ann growing up. We shared the same birthday day. During the past decade we laughed when we reminded each other how old we'd become. It was always a surprise.
I remember many family holiday meals with Aunt Ann and Uncle Herb, Grampa and Gramma Hall, and my parents Earl and Florence. There was always way too much food and lots of kids underfoot. This was late 1950's through early 70's.
Aunt Ann always shared her love of Christ and even the last time we spoke she reminded me to read my bible.
We spoke once or twice a year, and she never failed to ask about my family and check on my well-being while never really complaining about her own heath.
I will miss our conversations, her sincerity and her laugh. My thoughts and prayer to her family and friends.

Ann was my go-to person, knowing she was a faithful prayer warrior. Covering Ann's family in prayers for God's comfort.
